Director
LUK Leung Andrew

RN RN(Psy) MN MHA PhD

Being a senior manager engaging in years of teaching, Dr Luk engages himself in teaching, training and clinical research for more than 35 years. He is one of the founding board directors of Christian Oi Hip Fellowship for mental health support, the adjunct lecturer at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and visiting professor of Kiang Wu Nursing College of Macau and Macau University of Science and Technology. He has authored and edited a number of books and journals. As the Director, Dr. Luk envisions himself to promote holistic health and caring program for the community with evidence-based research.

YIU Miu Fan Esther

RN RM BScN MSc MPH

Ms. Yiu, a nurse midwife, has more than 30 years of clinical health experience in Hong Kong, Canada and other international communities. She engages in emergency medicine, public health and humanitarian disaster response over the past 2 decades. She is the awardee of the Hong Kong Humanity Award 2011 and Hong Kong Outstanding Nurse 2014. With her commitment in promoting integrative health in humanity, she involves herself as volunteer trainers and advisory committee members for Hong Kong College of Emergency Medicine, Hong Kong Red Cross, Health in Action, Wu Zhi Qiao (Bridge to China) Foundation and Hong Kong Federation of Women Centres.

FOK Sum

RN RM BN MHSc(Geron)

Ms. Fok graduated from the Nethersole School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife. She became a nurse clinician and manager in various clinical areas in Hospital Authority for over 30 years. She has been an active volunteer trainer for health care staff and community in mainland China since 1999. With her belief and commitment in holistic care, she joined NICHE in 2009, participating in program design and delivery to nurture younger nurses and health care professionals.

TUNG Wai Ching

Ms. Tung graduated from the Nethersole School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife. She has more than 20 years nursing experiences and was an Advanced Practice Nurse in public hospitals prior to her engagement at NICHE. Being a nurse educator and professional trainer in Nursing School and Central Nursing Division of Hospital Authority, Ms Tung shares her professional skills not only in teaching but also for various humanitarian organizations in mainland China since 2000.

WONG Wai Shun Stephanie

BA MSSc (Counseling)

Ms. Wong graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in Chinese & Translation. She has extensive work experiences in press & media, art development, tertiary education and social services. She has a master degree in Counseling from the University of Hong Kong and with training in Applied Psychology. She is a certified MBTI administrator and serves as a facilitator at the Dance with Depression Association.

TSANG Sou Wah Elsa

RN RM BHSc MHA

Ms. Tsang was the General Manager (Nursing) of Ruttonjee Hospital and Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital in 1994 and 2004 respectively. She is one of the pioneers to promote and actualize holistic nursing care in promoting “care for the carers” in Hong Kong. After her retirement from the Hospital Authority, she was the Director of NICHE for 5 years and subsequently as the Honorary Professional Consultant since 2010.

Dr YAU Fai To Adrian

Dr Yau, a paediatric consultant, retired from the Hospital Authority in 2016. He was the Chief of Service, Clinical Service Coordinator and Deputy Hospital Chief Executive prior to his retirement. Being a specialist clinician, Dr Yau involves in a variety of training from lifestyle-related medicine, pastoral care to holistic health. Apart from serving as an Honorary Associate Professor in the Department of Paediatrics, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, he has also been an active member of the Education Committee of the Hong Kong College of Paediatrician and many other volunteer services.

 

LAM Lai Ching Jenny
MSSc (Counselling) M Music Therapy MSc(Finance) BBA

Ms. Jenny LAM is a registered music therapist and a counsellor. She is the current Chairman of the Hong Kong Music Therapy Association and a supervisor of a music therapy diploma programme in HKU SPACE. She also obtained a master degree in counselling from the University of Hong Kong.

MsLam is a registered Accountant and Music Therapist. She is the current Chairman of the Hong Kong Music Therapy Association and conducts a variety of workshops, training and clinical music therapy sessions. She teaches music therapy diploma program at HKU SPACE and provides therapy sessions for special needs clients including hospice care, emotional disturbed and people with multiple disabilities.

LAU Ching Man Eric
BSc MSc

Mr Lau is the Director of the Christian Dance Association. He is a registered occupational therapist and a choreographer. Having a master degree in Worldview Studies and Divinity, Eric integrates dancing with holistic components to enhance personal wellbeing to found Dance Psuche and Spiritual Dance programs. His training programs serve a wide spectrum of clients including and not confiding to rehabilitating cancer patients, visually impaired people, social workers and school teachers.

LEUNG Yeng On James
D.Min

Dr Leung, graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, University of British Columbia and McMaster University, Canada. He served in pastoral care at hospitals and creatively implemented the MBTI and the Enneagram assessment into training modules through which the personality types to groom into better people understanding, effective people management and hence total person care.

Dr CHOW Chiu-Wo
Ph.D. CUHK

With the background in sports study and program development, Dr Chow has extensive training experiences in related sector at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and other institutions. He followed Taichi Master Chan Cheong for more than 20 years and integrates the philosophy of it into life style modification and translate the essence of Taichi into practical self-defense skills and other daily living utilization. He also publishes articles in various journal to promote holistic health.
