| Different units are offered as follows: |
| (1) Spring Extended Unit |
|
January to April of every year (15 weeks including clinical practicum and teaching sessions) |
|
Part time mode: Two whole days each week (9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.) with addition of 200 hours of clinical practicum |
|
Deadline of application: 30 September of every year |
|
|
| (2) Summer Intensive Unit
|
|
June to August of every year (11 weeks including clinical practicum and group sessions) |
|
Full time mode: Mondays to Fridays (9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.) |

Deadline of application: 31 December of every year |

| (3) Fall Extended Unit
|
|
September to November of every year (13 weeks including clinical practicum and group sessions) |
|

| Applicants should be hospital chaplains, church pastoral staff/counsellors, or students of a Bachelor of Theology/Divinity degree or above. Space is limited. |
