Mission

Inheriting the Nethersole tradition of "Caring with Compassionate Love", our Homes are committed to the provision of love and "holistic care", in a safe and comfortable environment to our residents, so that they can enjoy a meaningful and dignified life.
 
Core Values
 
1. To focus on residents' physical, psychological, social and spiritual aspects in providing Holistic Care.
2. All staff work closely to enhance Team Spirit for the benefit of residents to provide Quality Service with a caring attitude.
3. Through Continuous Learning we are able to add new elements to our service for Continuous Improvement.
 
Goals
 
1. To provide a warm home to residents for a healthy and enjoyable life;
2. To provide holistic care by promoting personal health, and by formulating individualized rehabilitation exercises to enhance better quality of life;
3. To facilitate friendship amongst residents, and to provide them with health education, counselling services as well as recreational activities;
4. To respect residents' individual freedom and privacy;
5. To facilitate communication and mutual support amongst residents, relatives and our Homes for better services;
6. To provide spiritual care for residents to support them with peace, joyfulness, eternal life, and hope to enrich their lives; and
7. In congruence with Nethersole's mission of "Caring with Compassionate Love", we are committed to the delivery of individualized holistic care through teamwork and to the cultivation of "Care for the Carer."
