To sum up, the services of our Home were highly appreciated by the
service users. In the reporting year, 26 written appreciations were
received from the clients and their relatives. Last but not least, the
results of the annual customers’ satisfaction survey reflected that
over 87% of the respondents were satisfied with the wide range
of services they received in the Home; most appreciated areas
included resident doctor’s care, rehabilitation and physiotherapy
service, and the cleanness of dinning and corridor areas.
