全人關顧。醫生、護士、營養師等專業醫
護人員除每天照顧院友的身體健康、起居
飲食、出外就診外，還會按照院友的個別
需要制定個人護理計劃及膳食安排，全面
照顧院友身、心、社、靈的各項需要。
Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Nursing Home
Inheriting the Nethersole’s culture of “Caring with Compassionate
Love”, the professional team of Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole
Nursing Home (ANNH) commits to deliver holistic care with quality
residential services to elders.
46 new residents joined the ANNH family in 2014/15. The average
occupancy rate was 97% with an average residency at 229. The
residents’ average age was 85.3 years old. 98.6% are wheelchair
bound and/or bed bound, and 100% residents are on total or high
dependency on daily activities. One third of our residents are on
tube feeding, and most of the rest have to be fed by the care workers.
The workload on nursing and personal care is ever increasing
as a result of residents’ increasing frailty.
To cater residents’ physical, psychological, social and spiritual
needs, all staff members are committed to serve with holistic care.
Apart from medical, nursing and nutrition care, the daily routines
and outside consultations for around 230 frail elders, our Medical
and Nursing Departments together with our Dietitian formulate
personal care plan and nutritious diet suiting each resident’s needs.
