年，一系列慶祝活動從二零一四年
四月舉行的異象分享午餐會開始。來自

個教會的

位教牧分別出席於六個
醫院聯網舉行的聚會。二零一五年五月
二十三日，由本院院牧部與香港區私立醫
院院牧事工委員會及律敦治醫院院牧事工
委員會聯合舉辦港島東教牧異象分享午餐
會，共有
39
間教會合共
45
位教牧出席。
過往曾與院牧室合作的教牧在聚會中分享
合作經驗，藉此加強其他教牧對院牧事工
及教會參與方式有進一步瞭解，亦讓教牧
明白院牧服務與地區教會能夠成為無縫
夥伴。
此外，透過探訪經驗的分享與交流，讓教
牧明白病患探訪是操練神學與牧養的教
室，能成為裝備信徒建立關愛群體的平
台，也是教會活出福音、見證信仰的好
機會。
Vision Sharing Luncheon
Year 2014 marked the 30
th
anniversary of hospital chaplaincy
ministry in Hong Kong. A series of celebration events were held
throughout the year. The anniversary was kicked off in April with
the vision sharing luncheons for church pastors held in six clusters.
45 pastors from 39 local churches at Eastern District attended
the luncheon which was held on 23 May 2015 with Hong Kong
Island Private Hospitals Chaplaincy Committee and Chaplaincy
Department of Ruttonjee Hospital. There were in total 360 pastors
from 276 churches attending to these luncheon gatherings from
which they learnt more about the vision and values of the ministry
and more importantly, they were encouraged to motivate their
congregations to participate in hospital chaplaincy ministry. They
became our valuable partners.
Through the sharings and experience exchanges at the luncheons,
the participants found that the patient visits were the classroom for
learning spiritual care, the platform for equipping Christians to love
and care for the community, and the opportunity for living Christ’s
love as well as witnessing the Gospel.
