臨床牧關教育（
CPE
）是一項獨特的經驗學
習模式，它能喚醒學員對自己內在動力有
更大的覺察，留意自己的牧養模式如何影
響他人，同時透過對他人的際遇作神學反
省，使學員對侍奉有嶄新的認識。本年度
臨床牧關教育課程的結業禮於二零一四年
十一月舉行，合共
30
人順利畢業，包括
神學生、教牧、院牧和宣教士，還有
17
位
醫科學生和四位護士學生完成心靈關顧訓
練。不少學員認同這課程有助個人成長，
尤其增強溝通技巧及學懂用基督的愛去關
顧病人。
另一方面，許配靈院牧成功獲取臨床牧關
訓練督導資格，是第一位由本院
CPE
中心訓
練成為正式訓練督導的學員。
Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE)
CPE programme is an unique experiential learning model which
can increase the awareness of the internal dynamics of individual
students, and to be more sensitive, to understand how their pastoral
skills may affect their clients. Through theological reflections to
others’ suffering, the students can gain new insights into their
ministry. This year, 30 students, including seminary students, church
pastors, chaplains and missionaries completed the regular 400 hour
programme. In addition, 17 medical students and four nursing
students also finished the spiritual care training courses. Many who
had gone through the programme experienced effective growth,
especially in their communication skills as well as applying Christ’s
love to the care of patients.
At the CPE Graduation Ceremony in November 2014, we witnessed
the joy of Ms. Janet P.L. HUI who became the first Nethersole-
trained CPE Training Supervisor.
