院牧部在過去一年，努力實踐全人關顧病
人、家屬及員工的使命。隨着主任院牧及
行政主任相繼履新，團隊實力得以加強及
整合，並順利開展不同事工策劃小組，使
服務更多元化，關顧服務使用者的心靈需
要。五個事工策劃小組分別是：

The Chaplaincy Service has worked diligently in the past year
seeking to fulfil its mission of providing holistic spiritual care to
the patients, families and staff. With the coming of a new Chief
Chaplain and the Executive Officer, the team has experienced
much strengthening and integration. Five working teams were
developed for service diversification and development, including:
1. Patient Care Team
2. Staff Care Team
3. Training and Development Team
4. Elderly Home Spiritual Care Team
5. Administration Team
