除了關顧院友，本院亦關注員工的身心健
康。員工康樂組每年均會舉辦不同類型
的興趣班及戶外活動，讓員工互相增進感
情，亦可藉此與家人共享餘暇，平衡工作
及生活。另外，透過員工退修日，加強他
們的合作性及團隊精神。
本院繼續提供臨床培訓機會給本地大學及
醫院的護理系學生，為本地護理界培育
人才。
適逢本院創辦
15
週年，於年度內舉辦了
一系列慶祝活動，包括感恩崇拜暨院舍參
觀、院友聚餐、員工聚餐，讓院友、家
人、員工等同享喜樂，並延續關愛之情。
Other than residents, we also care about the physical and mental
health of our staff colleagues. Our Staff Welfare Group organized a
variety of interest groups and outdoor activities for staff and their
family members. On the one hand to enhance communications
among colleagues and on the other to share leisure time with their
families, so that they could obtain work-life balance. In addition,
we aim to strengthen staff cooperation and team spirit through
staff retreat.
ANNH continued to play an active role in providing clinical practicum
opportunities for nursing students of local universities and hospitals
to help to groom the future nursing and health care professionals.
This year marked the 15
th
Anniversary of ANNH. We held a series
of celebration events, including Thanksgiving Worship cum Open
House, dinner with residents and their family members and
dinner with staff to share the joy and to extend our love and care.
