To support the recovery needs of cancer survivors, our multidisciplinary team delivers a holistic health management service. Through in-person assessments, we offer tailored professional guidance in symptom relief, emotional support, exercise planning and nutritional consultation.

We are committed to empowering survivors to restore balance in their lives and actively reducing the risk of recurrence.

The journey of recovery may be long, but you are never alone. Let us join hands to embrace the spirit of “Together ‧ we live better”.

Symptoms Care

Managing post-treatment side effects (such as pain, fatigue, numbness in limbs, etc.) and providing professional healthy living guidance to enhance your quality of life.

Nutrition & Weight Management

Providing personalized dietary and exercise guidance to help alleviate physical discomfort and support the development of long-term healthy diet and exercise habit, in order to empower you to maintain an ideal weight.

3.
Emotional & Psychosocial Support

Listening with care as we help you cope with the fear of recurrence, anxiety, or depression. Through professional psychological counselling, we support you through emotional lows.

4.
Health Education

Organizing talks and workshops regularly to share the latest cancer recovery information.

Introduction

Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Charity Foundation, in partnership with four NGOs, has launched a three-year Cancer Survivors Support Service.

 

Funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust and coordinated by the HKU Jockey Club Institute of Cancer Care (JCICC), the Jockey Club Cancer Care for Survivors Project offers a complimentary and holistic health management service^. Our multidisciplinary team is dedicated to providing comprehensive support for patients’ recovery needs and reducing the risk of recurrence.

 

Service Target: Cancer survivors diagnosed with Stage 0–III non-metastatic cancer who have completed their primary treatment (surgery, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy) within the past three years.

 

Service Areas: Shatin, Tai Po, and North District.
