為推廣預防傳染病的概念，我們於二零

Community Medical Outreach
To promote infectious disease control among society, we gave
out over 41,000 doses of influenza vaccines, Pneumovax and HPV
vaccines while conducting 24 sessions of drug consultancy services
for the elderly, plus over 20 educational workshops and talks at
various community organizations, schools and companies. We
also continued to offer the “Fit & Smart” on-site mini health check
programme to promote worksite health, drawing an attendance of
over 900.
Health Maintenance Service
In 2014/15, our Adult Health Maintenance Programme recorded
an attendance of 11,682 adults aged 18 or above, among whom
6,761 people aged 60 or above joined the Hong Kong Jockey
Club Community Project Grant: “Community Geriatric Health
Maintenance Programme”. We also conducted 850 home visits to
singletons aged 65 or above to provide home safety assessment,
basic health examination and education. Further, we took part in the
EHAPP supported by the Department of Health for a second year
to offer baseline health assessment, follow-up consultation(s) and
health promotion to 1,178 elderly aged 70 or above, while taking
part in the Transport Department’s “Commercial Vehicle Drivers
Health Check Programme” for the fourth year in a row, offering
health checks to 1,280 commercial vehicle drivers.
