構介紹社康的一站式基層醫療服務及促進
伙伴合作，攜手宣揚「全人健康」的理念。
同時，我們分別與觀塘健康城市督導委員
會及秀茂坪分區委員會合辦「
2014/15
觀塘
健康屋邨計劃」的一連串活動，並舉辦四
個「健體防病」活動日，向參與者灌輸「健」
康飲食、「體」能活動及預「防病」媒傳播的
疾病等知識。除此之外，機構季刊「社康
之聲」於二零一四年四月開始只以電子方式
發放。

八個中醫服務點除提供內科、針灸、骨傷
推拿和穴位敷貼門診服務外，更提供中
草藥或中藥顆粒沖劑、代煎中草藥和中醫
保健養生計劃。本年度診症服務人次為
119,213
，另有
3,375
人次接受中醫健康諮詢
或出席中醫講座。同時，我們以外展方式
為耆康老人福利會陳登匯駿天地、佳安家
（秦石）綜合護老中心和鄭德炎日間護理復
康中心提供優質中醫服務，發展進度穩定。

21 November 2014 with over 200 commercial vehicle drivers and
participants. At the “Caring Company Partnership Expo 2015” on 25
March 2015, we promoted the concept of “holistic life for all” and in
seeking strategic partnership, we introduced our one-stop primary
health care services to representatives from the business sector and
other exhibitors. Further, we teamed up with the Kwun Tong Healthy
City Steering Committee and the Sau Mau Ping Area Committee
to hold a series of “Healthy Estate Project 2014/15” events to equip
Kwun Tong residents with knowledge on healthy eating, physical
activities and prevention of vector-borne diseases. Furthermore, the
distribution of our quarterly “UCN Newsletter” went solely electronic
since April 2014.
Chinese Medicine Service
Our eight Chinese Medicine service units cover internal medicine,
acupuncture, bone-setting/ tui na, and body point adhesive-
plaster, supplemented with herb or granule dispensary, decoction
and Chinese Medicine health nurturing scheme. The total number
of consultation service recipients during the year was 119,213.
Recipients of our consultations and seminars amounted to 3,375. At
the same time, we brought outreach services into the SAGE Chan
Dang Centre for Active Ageing, the Guardian Home (Chun Shek)
Integrated Nursing Home and the Cheng Tak Yim Day Rehabilitation
& Care Centre. The service has been growing steadily.

We provide home care services to elderly aged 60 or above, people
with disabilities and needy families in Tai Po such that the elderly can
